Pro Performance was established in 2002 by Martin Poole and Dan Williams. They began by working with athletes in a wide-range of top level sports including Premiership football clubs, dancers from the Royal Ballet School, Team GB rowers and Formula One drivers. Working with karting and car drivers from day-one, they quickly identified that the motorsport industry was investing time, effort and money into improving the performance of the car, but not enough attention was being given to the driver. Addressing this became the focus of Pro Performance’s work and something we value highly here at Forza Racing sharing the same views on driver development.

One of the leading suppliers of karting seats across the globe Tillet have been perfecting their products for many years. In fact Tillett Racing Seats has now grown from a one man operation in a garage, to a company comprising of six factory units totalling 14,000 square feet with a current workforce of 25. There is now a Tillett dealer in most karting countries throughout the world and the product has the distinction that all covered kart seats, even the copies, are called a “Tillett”, in the same fashion as a Stanley knife, Hoover and Philips screwdriver.
