Forza Racing is pleased to announce that it will assist Gerrard Lam Xie in the 2nd act of the FIA Karting Academy Trophy scheduled for this weekend in Sarno.
As the Academy Trophy is a mono-managed brand, the role of Forza Racing’s team will be to assist Xie and pass on their know-how to help the driver from Hong Kong to adapt to a totally new scenario.
Jamie Croxford: «The Academy Trophy will not see us engaged directly, since we will not be present with our structure, but we will be there to help the young Xie make his debut in Europe. This is an exciting challenge, which will put us to the test on aspects that are different compared to what we usually face.»
As usual in the FIA Karting races, the event will start on Friday, this June 14th, with the Qualifying Practices. Saturday 15 will be dedicated to the heats, which will end on Sunday morning; the Final is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
